To assist responsible emitters and service providers in understanding the recent amendments to the Safeguard Rule, the Clean Energy Regulator is hosting a series of safeguard workshops.
These sessions will cover the new baseline setting arrangements including:
We will also cover how the new baseline setting process interacts with available excess emissions management options.
The workshops will go for two hours, from 9 am to 11 am, including time for questions and morning tea.
