April Large-scale Renewable Energy Target market data now available

The Clean Energy Regulator has released the April 2019 Large-scale Renewable Energy Target market data.

April highlights

  • 23 power stations were accredited with a combined capacity of 410 megawatts. This is the largest capacity accredited in a month so far this year.
  • Three utility-scale projects account for 393 megawatts of April’s accredited capacity. This includes the 212 megawatt Lincoln Gap Wind Farm in South Australia, 111 megawatt Beryl Solar Farm in New South Wales and 70 megawatt Oakey 2 Solar Farm in Queensland.
  • Three utility-scale solar farms reached financial close with a combined capacity of 172 megawatts. This includes the 81 megawatt Yatpool Solar Farm in Victoria, 64 megawatt Warwick Solar Farm in Queensland and 27 megawatt Cohuna Solar Farm in Victoria.
