To be listed on the register, all solar water heaters and air source heat pumps must be certified to Australian and New Zealand Standard 2712:2007. Compliance with the standard must be demonstrated by providing the Clean Energy Regulator with an Australian and New Zealand Standard 2712:2007 licensing schedule that identifies all of the models you wish to have listed on the register.
The Clean Energy Regulator will not accept submissions for products that do not have Australian and New Zealand Standard 2712:2007 certification. All models submitted must be certified by the application closing date or the submission will not be accepted. The Clean Energy Regulator strongly recommends manufacturers speak with their conformity assessment body well in advance of the application closing date.
